* for your blush start out with just a little and keep adding just a little until you get the perfect shade and what you are looking for
*for the eyeliner if you are not getting it all the way up to your eye (like you see skin in between the eyeliner and your eye) then you should try pulling your eyelid down and puttin git right right rtight on the edge of your lid cuz then there will be no skin there lol

Hence, it is extremely important to clean the face thoroughly with a good facial cleanser as well as toner. Once this is done, apply a moisturizer, possibly one that has a sunscreen too. After this, wait for ten minutes for the face to soak the moisturizer and prepare a perfect canvas to apply makeup correctly.

Foundation as the name suggests forms the base of the makeup. If this is not done properly, the whole makeup will go wrong. Hence, there are some important steps that one has to take while applying the foundation. The first step will be to select the perfect foundation to apply on the face. According to experts, the best foundation is one that blends in with the skin tone and acts like a second skin. Hence, opt for a foundation that is closest to your skin tone. If you have very dark eyes, a black eyeliner will give a dramatic effect to your eyes. However, if you have brown or light eyes, you can experiment with colors like brown, blue, green etc.

The color of the lipstick should be something that matches your skin tone as well as the time of the day you are applying the makeup. ok so i love to play around with my makeup! i really only use eyeline tho. you got any ways that i can play around with my makeup that look different but not in a ugly way? please tell me if you do and explain how to do it

Well if you mainly use eyeliner, you can always shape your eye differently with using just eyeliner. Your possibilities are endless

For example, you could make cat eyes or make wings at the end of your eye to create a more narrow or longer shape of your eye. Even changing how much eyeliner you put on or where you put it can change a lot. If you make the top a lot thicker, round the edge, and instead of putting it on the bottom waterline, you could put a thin line on your lower lash line giving the image of an 'anime-like' eye.

Random tip, If you use eyeliner and you want it to maintain throughout the day without smearing or wearing off, you can always use a black/dark brown eyeshadow. After lining your eye with the basic shape and size you want with your eyeliner like usual, take an angled brush, put a drop of water or eye drops on either the brush or the eyeshadow and use the angled brush & wet eyeshadow as sort of a liquid liner. After that, wash off the brush, make sure it's dry (or use another angled brush) and then re-line it with dry shadow. This keeps your eyeliner on all day, its great. ok so im kinda confused about putting on makeup...i know the order you do it in and everything but when you apply moisturizer do you have to get a certain kind so that it doesnt get sticky or anything like that ??
im not a beginner i just have never used moisturizer with my makeup...
