Mac Shadestick Creamy

what is a good eyeshadow base to stop my pigments from creasing?

i have the nyx jumbo pencils but they are soo creamy that it creases only after a few hours!
and i have the mac sharkskin shadestick but that leaves such a dark undertone that i hate the way my pigments look ontop of it!!
and foundation alone cant get the colors to pop...
