Noblesville hosts fashion show of 4th grader's designs
Cameras flashed. Music played. Fashion models strolled down the runway. Girls wore red, purple and white satin dresses with intricate details, such as circle necklines, gathered bodices and lace overlays. They donned makeup, curls and fancy up-dos.
